Overview

This 1918 historic duplex home is a perfect spot to stay while you enjoy all the wonderful attractions Pensacola has to offer. Located in the Historic Old East Hill District in Downtown Pensacola you will be minutes from the city's best shopping, dining, live entertainment and of course Pensacola Beach. We can host 2 guests maximum. Part of the charm of this historic home is in the original elements such as original floors, high ceilings and shotgun style layout. It features comfortable furniture and a Queen size bed. The backyard is a shared space that is spacious and has a great deck with a picnic table you can use for dining if you so desire. This home has recently had a brand new bathroom remodel that includes a nice sized walk-in shower. We are quite close to downtown (2 minute car ride or approximately 10-15 minute walk) where you’ll find quaint shops, dining and live entertainment. Public parking is available anywhere on the street in front of the home. Please do not block or park in driveway or in the backyard.

We love hosting guests and want to include the information below so you can decide if our place is a good fit for you. We hope it is!

~ Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Per our insurance no outside visitors allowed on property.
~ NO PETS. We strive to provide our guests with a space that is free from animal allergens. We are obligated to allow a genuine service animal however, be aware that the animal CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE at the home at all during your stay, not even caged. If the animal is left alone in the home you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights.
~ NO SMOKING.

Guests will self-check in using a keypad code. This information will be sent via email and/or text message the day of check in. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. NOTE: DUE TO CLEANER’S SCHEDULE WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK-OUT’S.

- Due to our insurance requirements, only the 2 booked guests on this reservation are allowed on the property at any time.
House Rules
We are excited to host your stay! Please read over the following house rules.

- NO PARTIES or EVENTS of any kind

- NO SMOKING, VAPING or DRUGS anywhere on the property

- NO Unregistered Guests/Vistors. Only the 2 guests on the reservation are allowed on the property or in the house at any time. Visitors are not allowed. If more than 2 guests are found on the property, there will be an extra charge of $50 for each extra person. The stay may also be terminated at the host's discretion without refund.

- NO PETS (Note: A genuine ESA or service animal cannot be left alone on the property (not even crated) and must be with the owner at all times). If it is discovered that an animal is left in the home your stay will be immediately canceled without refund.

- Do not block or park in the driveway as that is a shared driveway with the neighbors. Also no parking in the backyard. Parking is available in front of the home or anywhere along the street as that is public parking.

- No open flames (ie; no candles, incense, etc.,)

- Quiet hours from 10pm -7am

- Be sure of your dates before booking as we are unable to approve alteration requests to existing bookings.

- Our place has a live Ring doorbell surveillance camera that is located outside on the exterior of the front door and one located on the exterior of the back door.

- This is a duplex property and there is a long-term tenant who lives in the other unit. Please be respectful of this.

- Please turn off A/C if you leave the home for more than a couple hours.

- Please do not use our towels as beach towels and make sure any towels or clothing is free of sand before putting it in the washer or dryer.

Payment Policy
We can accept credit card payments. We require a copy of the drivers license of the individual who is making payment. There is a place to upload it when you book.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Waived as long as credit cardholder agrees that ALL members of the rental party will have read and agree to follow the entire house rules. Please let us know if you prefer to pay a $250 damage deposit instead.
Cancellation Policy

Canceling a reservation 30 days or more before check-in date will receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

Canceling a reservation 15 - 29 days before check-in date will receive 50% refund minus any payment processing fees.

Canceling 14 days or less before check-in date there is no refund.

Please consider acquiring trip insurance.
