House Rules
Only the 1-2 guests that booked the reservation are allowed on the property (inside and out) and any time. Insurance only covers registered guests. We appreciate your understanding.

* No parties, gatherings or events allowed.

* Locals need to inquire with host before booking.

* No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind.

* No Pets (Note: A genuine service animal cannot be left alone on the property (not even crated) and must be with the owner at all times).

* Due to the cleaner’s schedule we cannot accommodate late check-outs past 11:00 am.

* External Security Camera - There is a working Ring security camera on the front door that is live. No covering, blocking, tampering or disabling or reservation will be immediately terminated without any refund.

* Please no open flames inside such as candles or incense or fireworks outside.

* Fire Pit - Please no large bonfires. Extinguish fire completely when finished.

* Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.

* Any damage to the home, contents or yard (ie; parking on grass and leaving ruts) will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest that booked.

* Date changes & Cancellations
We are unable to approve date changes to existing reservations. We have a strict cancellation policy and highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance in the case of unforeseen cancellations.

The home owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The home owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and therefore agree to hold the home owner blameless. Further, by booking our house, guests AFFIRM that they have READ THE ENTIRE LISTING AND ACKNOWLEDGE THESE RULES.

Payment Policy
We can accept credit card payments. We require a copy of the drivers license of the individual who is making payment. There is a place to upload it when you book.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Waived as long as credit cardholder agrees that ALL members of the rental party will have read and agree to follow the entire house rules. Please let us know if you prefer to pay a $250 damage deposit instead.
Cancellation Policy

Canceling a reservation 30 days or more before check-in date will receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

Canceling a reservation 15 - 29 days before check-in date will receive 50% refund minus any payment processing fees.

Canceling 14 days or less before check-in date there is no refund.

Please consider acquiring trip insurance.

By signing this rental agreement, the guests agree to the following house rules;
